I recently stayed at Grand Mercure in Bangkok for 3 nights and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel was modern, clean, and offered a touch of luxury. The food at the hotel's restaurants was exceptional, and we found ourselves enjoying meals there instead of going out. The staff was lovely and the check-in/out process was smooth. The room was comfortable with nice amenities, and the hotel had a convenient location with shops and a 711 nearby. it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

grand mercure exceeded my expectations with its amazing executive floor suite, delicious food, and friendly staff. it was the perfect base for exploring bangkok and indulging in a bit of luxury in the evenings.

I was impressed with the spacious and luxurious room I got, and the facilities offered; particularly the pool and spa services. The bellboys made getting taxis easy despite the location being slightly remote. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers convenient access to downtown Bangkok by taxi, although it is not located near Sukhamvit area. The rooms are comfortable and come with nice amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is enjoyable with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also has a great swimming pool and a reliable tour organizer onsite.

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs improvement as mentioned in some reviews.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious and well-maintained bathroom. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with the Petchaburi and Makkasan metro stations within walking distance. I also loved how close it was to the local markets, making it easy to immerse myself in the vibrant culture of the city.

We had a great time at the hotel! Our suite was spacious with a fantastic view and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed waking up in the morning and admiring the view from our bed. The bathroom was also spacious, and our son loved the bathtub. The service at the executive lounge was superb, and the staff, especially Ms. Panida and Mr. Sayan, were friendly and accommodating. The laundry service was flawless. Additionally, the staff were incredible and the breakfast in the Avani club area was delicious.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of options available. The free shuttle service to nearby shopping centers was also really convenient and saved me a lot of time and money on transportation. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The WiFi was not very reliable and I had trouble connecting in my room. some of the fixtures and fittings in the room were a bit dated and could use an upgrade.

This hotel gave us a luxurious and unforgettable experience. The exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre, surpassed our expectations. The sun terrace provided a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, with comfortable sun loungers and a poolside snack bar. The full body massage was a highlight of our stay, leaving us feeling rejuvenated. The restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and the bar/lounge area had a great selection of drinks. The room advantages were exceptional with private facilities and entertaining room antics. The location advantages made it easy for us to explore the city.

The only minor issue we had was with the sauna, which was not available during our stay. However, the Spa & wellness centre offered other services to make up for this inconvenience.

As a light sleeper, I loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The room was soundproof and ensured a restful sleep.
