Great value for money, especially considering the reasonable prices of both the food and lodging at the adjacent restaurant. Convenient location right by the main road, yet surprisingly quiet. Easy parking right outside the room, making it ideal for an overnight stop.

Spent Christmas at a motel in the French countryside. The location was perfect for exploring the area with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We liked that we could park our car right outside our room, making loading and unloading easy. The bed was big and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day of travel. The room had a mini-fridge and kettle which was convenient for making tea and coffee. it was a good value for money.

The decor of the room was tired and in need of a refurbishment. The carpet needed changing, and some elements of the room looked old. We also disliked the provision of tea and coffee - there was only one tea bag for two people, and no milk was provided. The breakfast options were limited and not very exciting. We found the check-in experience mixed - some receptionists were friendly, and some were stern and unsmiling. However, overall it was an enjoyable stay.
