the location was perfect, with a quiet pedestrian road leading directly to the lake. My kids were so excited that they couldn't wait to jump in, running in their swim trunks and bare feet! the hotel staff were absolutely delightful, welcoming us warmly and even upgrading our rooms to ones with balconies and stunning lake views. the food was gourmet and utterly delicious. the pool was spacious and relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our enchanting stay.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. I had a small issue with noise from the neighbors, but the staff quickly addressed it and ensured my comfort. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, and the bathroom was spacious. The pool area was also nice and well-maintained. I had a great stay at Hotel Cottage Bise and would recommend it to others.

Nothing it was perfect.

We recently stayed in a room with a balcony that offered stunning views of the lake and the beautiful surroundings. the twice daily housekeeping was exceptional, and the large bathroom was immaculate. the food was delicious, and the bagels from the pool kiosk were a fantastic daily highlight. There were plenty of options for activities, including a selection of hiking trails, tennis courts and the ability to borrow a pedalo for an hour.

Although the hotel had a lot to offer, there were a few drawbacks. the dinner menu was limited and was the same every night, which could become tedious for those staying for longer periods.

Breathtaking view, outstanding cuisine, great swimming pool, appreciated air conditioning.
