The staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and helpful, providing me with all the necessary information for my ski holiday. They even helped me with ski pass arrangements and provided recommendations on where to ski during my stay. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were great, including a convenient parking area. The location, close to the ski lifts and just a short distance from the city center, was perfect. Additionally, the delicious breakfast served each morning was a delightful start to my day.

We had an amazing romantic escape! the staff were superb, making our stay a real pleasure. the hotel was spotless and had a lovely ambiance. the breakfast was beautifully laid out, with different choices every day. We enjoyed the flexible transfer services to the ski lifts, always saving us time and energy. the mountain view from our room was breathtaking, and we loved unwinding in the jacuzzi after a day on the slopes.

We also enjoyed two meals at the restaurant, which were very tasty. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive.

We stayed in a hotel located in an ideal location overlooking the mountains. We enjoyed the pool and had a relaxing spa treatment. the breakfast had an extensive and delicious selection of food.

The spa facilities were underwhelming, with a small and basic sauna and steam room available only at an extra cost. the rooms lacked basic amenities such as bottled water and tea and coffee facilities, which would have been appreciated.
