I had a fantastic time at Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club - Kids Concept. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially the bar staff, were friendly and efficient, always making sure I had everything I needed. The pool area was spacious and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. The daytime and evening entertainment provided added to the enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel fulfilled my every luxurious need. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, with attentive and polite personnel at every corner. the Spa & Wellness Centre was magnificent, with a wide range of treatments and massages available to rejuvenate the body and mind.

The only minor issue encountered was the limited restaurant options during lunchtime, with a small selection of meals available at the poolside snack bar. the fine dining experience for dinner was exceptional, with a variety of special diet menus to accommodate all preferences.

The food was decent and the pool was clean. The location was great, close to public transportation and easy to get around. Best aspect:

The rooms were outdated and dingy, with old furniture and dirty carpets. The air conditioning did not work well and made the room hot and stuffy.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right by the sea surrounded by tall pine trees. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the beautiful grounds. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. We also enjoyed the facilities, especially the beach and the green environment around the hotel.

The entertainment offered in the evenings could have been more diverse.
