This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the location is fantastic. Situated in a calm neighborhood, it is conveniently near the Pernety metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore all that the city has to offer. Additionally, the value for money is outstanding. The attention to detail and basic amenities provided, including air conditioning, ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. A special shout out to Pierre-Luis, Adrian, Olegs and Kevin for their exceptional service. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. With a wonderful assortment of food and beverages, including fresh orange juice, it was the perfect way to start each day.

We particularly enjoyed the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the location was also perfect with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was also close to public transportation which made it easy to get around the city.

Felt like VIPs, with exceptional service throughout our stay.

We stayed in a hotel in a somewhat remote area, but it turned out to be a great choice. The trendy neighborhood had plenty of nice cafés, bars, and bistros to explore. We were just a short walk away from the Pernety metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for Paris standards, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. a pleasant experience.

The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom could have been better.

After a long flight and shuttle transfer, the staff at Le Fabe provided refreshing drinks and a speedy check-in. The location was perfect for catching the TGV at Gare Montparnasse. The hotel had pleasant decor and helpful staff. Although we left before breakfast, the overall experience was great.

We had a fantastic time exploring the city while staying at a hotel located conveniently near a metro station. There were numerous good restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy for us to grab a delicious meal after a long day of sightseeing. The neighborhood also had a pharmacy and a supermarket nearby, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a mini fridge and safe, providing us with a comfortable and convenient experience.

The sofa bed in the room was uncomfortable and not suitable for older kids or adults.

Not one thing.

I recently stayed at Hotel Le Fabe for two weeks and it was a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel had a full breakfast, which is unusual for France, and the food was delicious. The rooms, though small, were charmingly decorated and the shower was great. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
