They went above and beyond to assist us, even sending a technician to fix an issue with the safe box on our arrival. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was immaculate. the location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation. our experience at Novotel exceeded our expectations.

No chalk in the kids' corner.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona and booked two rooms for our family. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult for us to move around. the bathrooms were in poor condition, with doors falling apart and toilets and sinks that were stuck. the air conditioning was not very effective, and even after running it all night, the rooms barely cooled down. This hotel is definitely not ideal for families.

Everything was spot on! 😊 the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the hotel and rooms were very clean.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. From the warm and friendly welcome to the attentive service throughout our stay, we were blown away by their professionalism and kindness. There was one particular team member who worked the night shift at the bar, and he went above and beyond to ensure our little boys were well taken care of and even prepared delicious food for them. the hotel's management clearly knows how to value and appreciate their staff, and it truly shows.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options and the staff was friendly. the pool was also nice to cool off in after a long day of work. It was convenient to have free parking on site and be close to major roads for easy access to nearby cities.

The hotel has been certified ALLSAFE, guess I won't catch any germs! Facilities include a children's play area, perfect for screaming kids. Barcelona is colorful thanks to Gaudí, who I know absolutely nothing about.
