The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.

That the hotel was a bit difficult to find initially. it would have been nice if the hotel had a pool or spa facility.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, helping with our bikes and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and stylish, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city's pedestrian zone. We also appreciated the welcome drink and the option for 24-hour room service. the service and hospitality were exceptional.

With its ideal location in the heart of the city and easy access to the cheap and efficient tram service, our stay at this small modern hotel was wonderful. The staff at Le Grand Hotel were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times. Our room was well-equipped and very comfortable, providing us with superb facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful and sumptuous wide choice, making for an excellent start to each day. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, and we will definitely be back to enjoy the Premier Collection experience again!

We stayed at a boutique hotel that was perfectly located right in the city center. The rooms were small, but well appointed with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with a modern design. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful, and Tracy in particular went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The housekeeping staff were efficient and respectful, always managing to clean our room without interrupting our schedule. The hotel also had a delicious breakfast with a great choice of tea and a nespresso machine.

The staff at Premier Collection went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. When my wife left her glasses at a restaurant, a staff member kindly retrieved them for us. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our overnight stay. The central location allowed us to easily explore downtown Grenoble. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and the bed was incredibly cozy. We also enjoyed the proximity to Salon de Thé Burdet, a fabulous chocolaterie nearby. Despite a few minor issues with room size and common area maintenance, the overall experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. a fantastic stopover in Grenoble!

The staff were really welcoming and friendly, and the valet parking was a great touch. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast had a great selection. Plus, the hotel’s location was perfect, in walking distance to a variety of bars and restaurants.

The room service options were pretty limited and the available dishes were just reheated. It’s helpful that the hotel offers the option to order from local restaurants, but it would have been nice to have more in-house choices.

Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing was incredible, providing a peaceful retreat. the efficient air conditioning and comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. an excellent choice for a stay in the vibrant city.
