I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the hotel staff. When our air-conditioning wasn't working on a hot night, they quickly addressed the issue and even offered us a different room. Additionally, they were attentive in ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. On top of that, the room itself was beautiful and offered a breathtaking view. I had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Kastel and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had an amazing stay at a charming hotel in Motovun. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. the hotel staff guided us to a special parking area and a Jeep picked us up to drive us through the town. Our suite felt like a museum, and the view from our room was breathtaking. the restaurant served delicious meals, especially the dishes with truffles. the location was also perfect, allowing us to easily explore nearby towns. staying at this hotel was the highlight of our trip.

Our Xmas stay was enjoyable with two lovely complementary gifts in the room. the hotel's location near the top of the village provided breathtaking panoramic views and easy access to surrounding areas. the indoor pool was a soothing retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, and we could hear noise from adjacent rooms. However, there were many local cafes nearby that served delicious food for a similar price.

Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Car parking at the base of a steep hill, but staff provides transportation. Dinner in the town square recommended. Delightful town.
