Upon arrival, I was shocked to find the room lacking basic amenities like a fridge or air-conditioner, not to mention the ants in the bathroom, which made me question cleanliness. I woudl've expected a welcome gift for all the trouble, but I guess not everyone is treated like royalty here. couldn't believe my experience was this unfortunate.

My experience at Le Hameau De Passy was disappointing. The rooms were not air-conditioned, and it became unbearably hot during my stay. Furthermore, accessing the rooms involved navigating a very steep spiral staircase, which was quite difficult with my luggage. I also found the noise levels quite disruptive. the walls were thin, and I could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms.

The location was perfect for sightseeing with the family, and we loved being close to the Eiffel Tower. Our special needs son’s autism support dog felt very welcome here, making our stay comfortable as we explored charming local shops.

However, the steep spiral staircases might be challenging for guests with mobility issues, and the check-in experience was initially confusing due to the staircase directions. Breakfast was of high quality, providing a pleasant start to each day.
