The cleanliness, the facilities, the exceptional service was truly grewt.

Y’all, the folks here greeted us like family! The balcony off our room was just perfect for sittin’ with a sweet tea. Breakfast had everything from fresh omelettes to pastries that made my heart sing. The pool felt like a warm hug after a day of exploring. Can’t wait to come back and chill by the pool again!

Staff, especially Soukaina, showcased outstanding service, elevating our experience. The family suite felt luxurious, and we were thrilled with the spacious balcony view that enhanced our relaxation.

We encountered some cleanliness issues, with initial room conditions disappointing. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust, making our nights uncomfortable at times.

The hotel is conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city. The room features a spacious balcony with a lovely view of the garden and pool, providing a great spot for relaxation. The facilities are also quite modern, providing a comfortable atmosphere for business travelers.

The bathroom layout could be improved for better accessibility.

Our stay included a Junior Suite with a large balcony, flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and bathrobes. Breakfast was epic, with fresh omelettes and pastries. The outdoor pool was heavenly to relax by. Spa services were top-notch. Loved the attentive staff like Bouchra. Location was great to explore the city!

The team here is really something special, like they make you feel at home. Bouchra and Mohamed were super kind! The brekkie was a lekker spread every morning, and having a room with a view of the pool was just what I needed after a day of exploring. Spa’s hammam left me feeling like a new person!

Great breakfast, but kids were too noisy by the pool.

The pool area has a great vibe, with ample sunbeds and clean, warm water that makes for a relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet is pretty solid, featuring freshly made egg omelettes on request among other options.

However, the integrity of food service can be questionable. I noticed a cocktail that was supposedly fresh was actually reused from a previous order. Additionally, the check-in process dragged on, and some rooms can be a letdown with basic amenities missing, like a coffee maker and bathrobes. The overall upkeep of the facility felt a bit tired, and a refresh would do it some good.

the radisson blu has a fantastic location right in the center, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. the breakfast spread was incredible, with so many delicious options. the staff was super kind and helpful. The gym was a nice bonus for workouts during my stay.

Couldn't have been better.

The Superior Room, Balcony was nice, but the view left a bit to be desired. The room felt a little worn out, and I noticed some stains in the bathroom. Also, the AC was super cold and hard to control. It was spacious and had a nice balcony, but some basic stuff like face flannels were missing. The minibar wasn’t restocked during my stay, which was a bummer. Honestly, I expected more from a Radisson, especially with a 5-star price.
