I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel for 2 nights and I had a really positive experience. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Letisha and Gabriel. They made me feel welcome and attended to all of my needs. The location may seem a bit out of the way, but it is actually very convenient as there is easy access to public transportation. This made it really easy for me to explore the city and experience all that it has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were brilliant, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a stylish French interior. The hotel's location, just opposite the Gare de l'Est station, made it easy for us to commute and explore the city. We loved that there were cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, and the metro was easily accessible. It was the best value for money hotel we've stayed at.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The location is incredibly convenient, as it is directly across from the train station and close to both the Gare de l'est and Gare du Nord. It is also easily accessible by metro, RER, and busses. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, both in the room and the toilet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even upgrading us to a bigger room with a great view of the city.
