Loved the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby, made Christmas morning feel special. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and easy access to public transportation. the courtyard was a nice touch and provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxing.

The walls were paper-thin and we could hear every single noise from neighboring rooms. We were woken up multiple times in the middle of the night by loud TV's and conversations.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We particularly appreciated when the receptionist made a cup of herbal tea for us on a cold night and offered to bring it to our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street. The hotel also had an elevator, which was a plus. we were very happy with our experience.
