I had a wonderful stay at a beautifully renovated building in the heart of Palma Old Town. My junior suite at Palma Suites was well designed and equipped with a high-quality Samsung TV. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the building was spotlessly clean. I enjoyed spending time on the pleasant rooftop terrace, which was a relaxing sun-trap. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable base to explore the city. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a bucket of Cava in our room upon arrival, a lovely touch for our birthday celebration. the apartment was regularly cleaned, and the amenities such as the gym and rooftop swimming pool were clean and readily available. We were so impressed with the quality of service that we would gladly return for future visits.

The location in central Palma allows for easy access to all attractions and amenities, and being in the center of the old city adds a charming touch to the stay. The rooms are well-decorated and equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One downside is that the bathroom may be smaller compared to the spacious rooms, which may be a bit inconvenient for some guests.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the old city with easy access to all the important attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, providing the perfect level of comfort. We were even able to enjoy a bottle of wine and water as a welcoming gift. The highlight of our trip was definitely the rooftop terrace with its stunning view of the surrounding area. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink before heading out for dinner.

I got great value for my money at Palma Suites. The room was amazing, comfortable, and well-thought out. The hotel's location in the center of town was unbeatable, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe offering a wider variety of options.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with the old town at a stone's throw distance. Our suite was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. the rooftop plunge pool was a nice bonus and offered great views of the city. the breakfast spread was commendable.

The room size was a bit smaller than expected, and the bathroom being close to the bed with just a sliding door was uncomfortable. the lobby lacked liveliness during evenings and happy hour, with just the bar being exceptional and pricey.

The staff at Palma Suites were extremely kind and always had a smile on their faces. the hotel was impeccably clean and the service was amazing. the WIFI worked flawlessly throughout the entire hotel. We found the gym and terrace with swimming pool to be very useful and clean. Our room was regularly stocked with tea, coffee, and milk. the friendly staff took care of the garbage and cleaning on a daily basis. This was the first time we have been so impressed with the quality of service that we would love to visit Palma Suites again in the future. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience.
