had a perfect date night in newcastle ! blue door exceeded our expectations - great location near the beach, clean apartment, and amazing breakfast! the staff in the cafe were lovely too. would definitely stay again!

The location of the apartment is fantastic, being so close to the bus station and conveniently situated above a cafe. The cafe downstairs serves a delicious breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The heating system is easy to use and keeps the rooms warm.

The shower pressure could be improved, but it's a minor issue in an otherwise pleasant stay.

The apartment had a stunning view and was conveniently located near all types of shops. It truly felt like home away from home.

Our romantic escape was hindered by the noise from the couple staying in the apartment above us, who were loud until the early hours of the morning. the road noise was quite noticeable and hard to ignore.

The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was perfect, close to shops and all the amenities we needed. Plus, being able to access Netflix for some evening entertainment was a great bonus.

We had a bit of a problem with noise from outside our bedroom window, which kept us up at night. It was a buzzing, vibrating sound that was quite loud.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved the comfortable beds and the view from the bedroom was breathtaking. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to shops and everything we needed. We were also impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Despite a couple of minor issues, such as a slightly slippery shower and a noisy street, our overall stay was still exceptional. We understand that these are things that are beyond the hotel's control, and they did not greatly impact our enjoyment of the stay.

The location was perfect for us – right in the town centre and close to amenities. The interior of the apartments was modern, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast at the Shimna cafe was delicious, and the service from Joanne was exceptional. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations from Dana, the owner.

I absolutely loved staying here! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, being close to everything in the city. The view from the bedroom was amazing, especially for my son who has autism. The cafe below the apartments was a great convenience, and the breakfast they offered was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

the location was fantastic, right near the Slieve Donard hotel and a play park for the kids. the apartment itself was modern and comfortable, with a great-sized bathroom. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the Shimna cafe. It was the perfect option for those who wanted to cook meals for themselves but still have plenty of dining choices nearby. the proximity to the Mourne Mountains and the walking paths was also a major plus.

We had a fantastic stay at these fab apartments! They were absolutely beautiful, modern, and spacious. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and being so friendly and helpful. the location was ideal, with shops and everything we needed close by. the apartment was immaculately clean and well taken care of, and the extra touches like different teas and cold water in the fridge were much appreciated. the breakfast, which was included in the price, was delicious. We can't wait to go back!

Almost perfect, but there was one small downside. the mattress could have been more comfortable.

the girl who greeted us at the entrance was incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage. the apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including free WiFi and plenty of plug sockets. the breakfast provided at the nearby cafe was excellent and the overall value for money was brilliant. I especially liked the modern decor and the extra touches like different teas and cold water in the fridge. I would definitely consider staying here again, with the only downside being the mattress.

Nothing to complain about, to be fair. 😊
