Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few downsides. the shower in our room was a bit inconvenient as there was no door, causing water to splash everywhere.

Everything was beautifully decorated with sparkling lights, trees, and tinsel. the hotel is ideally located for high-end shopping, with many shops and cafes in the area. the area is quite charming and friendly, and there was a small grocery store nearby. the staff were great, and the breakfast was complimentary. We enjoyed exploring the area, visiting the museum, and trying out different cafes.

The room was small, the bathroom was not well cleaned, and the shower overflowed. That issue caused the bathroom mat to get soaked, and we found hair that didn't belong to us in the bathroom.
