Amazing ski-in ski-out location, helpful and kind staff, efficient ski shop, unparalleled service, large and comfortable rooms.

This hotel was truly luxurious and fulfilled our exclusive needs. the spa and wellness centre was exceptional, offering a wide range of treatments and state, of, the, art facilities including a Turkish bath and treatment rooms. the indoor swimming pool was a great way to relax and unwind, as was the sun terrace which had breathtaking views. the restaurant offered delicious cuisine with an extensive wine list, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail.

The only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment. It would have been nice to have some form of entertainment in the evening, perhaps a pianist or singer to create more of an atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance away from various attractions, making it easy for guests to explore the surroundings. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff members are incredibly kind, attentive, and sincerely focused on ensuring the guests' comfort and enjoyment. The breakfast offered at the hotel is spectacular, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

Some aspects of the service provided at the bar were not up to par, with delays in attending to guests' needs and a lack of attention to detail.

The food is amazing, excellent service, convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

I had an exceptional experience at a magnificent oasis in a breathtaking location. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the food was five-star French cuisine at its best. The service provided by every staff member was genuinely kind and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable holiday.

What a great experience! the rooms were spacious and comfortable with great amenities like a high-tech entertainment system and convenient double bathrooms. the staff was friendly and helpful, always offering fruit, pastries, and yogurts with morning coffees. the hotel is ideally located for skiing, just a short walk from the slopes, and the views of the mountains were breathtaking.

There were a few minor negatives that should be addressed. the temperature control in the rooms was a bit tricky, and it would have been helpful to have an easier way to increase or decrease the temperature.
