Twinstar Hotel in Taichung was a great value for money, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient, close to transportation and plenty of food options. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Twinstar hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The hotel's location, right next to Taroko Mall, was convenient for shopping and groceries. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The spacious and comfortable waiting area was an added bonus.

As foreign tourists, we were impressed with the convenient location of the hotel, just a one-minute walk from the train station. The hotel also offered a great view of the new building and had a friendly and polite staff. The room for three people was spacious and the price was cheaper than other hotels. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options and the facilities in the room, including windows, a wardrobe, and key essentials, were great. The hotel even offered us a free upgrade to a room with two large size beds. we were very satisfied with our stay.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was so convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious and had plenty of natural light with large windows. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast offered a decent selection and satisfied my hunger in the morning. I had a pleasant stay at Twinstar Hotel. I would recommend it for its location and comfortable rooms.

This hotel is great value for money, with basic amenities, clean and comfortable rooms on the 10th floor with a good view. The location is very central, with the train station, shopping mall, and restaurants all within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff are friendly and provide good service, while the breakfast may be Chinese only, it has a nice little selection with plenty to choose from.

Convenient location near transportation hub and shopping mall, with plenty of dining options. Spacious rooms with courteous staff who offer a lovely gesture by pressing elevator buttons. Great accessibility to major attractions like the SML and Gaomei wetlands. Perfect for a hassle-free stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us with transport arrangements and repairing a tourist's luggage. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with good WiFi and a good selection of English TV channels. the breakfast was the best we had during our trip. the location was central and conveniently close to the train and bus stations.

The design of the bathroom in the Double Standard Room was poor. the shower pointed to the toilet bowl and basin and there was no place to hang towels or clothes.

The hotel’s location is a major advantage, being situated right at the back of Taichung train station. This makes it very convenient for travelers, with the TRA Taichung and a department store just a short walk away. The hotel is also surrounded by shops and a mall, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

The air conditioning in some of the rooms seems to be an issue, especially during summer time, according to one of the reviews.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right near the train station and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was easy to find and convenient for exploring the city. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and there was no waiting time for service.

The room was smaller than expected, not like the one shown in the pictures. the breakfast area could get crowded when the hotel was full, making it a bit uncomfortable.
