I had a fantastic stay at a luxurious mountain getaway. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fabulous spa with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The cleanliness of the accommodations was impeccable, with the bed linen and towels changed midweek. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops, the Bellevue ski lift, and buses in either direction. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

The staff at Les Chalets Elena were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, assisting with ski rentals and providing helpful local recommendations. The spa facilities were amazing, especially the massage therapist who was the best I've ever experienced. The morning boulangerie delivery was a lovely touch, ensuring we started our skiing days with delicious croissants. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Had an amazing time during my Christmas holidays at this cozy mountain retreat. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center and the ski lifts. The apartment was well-equipped with modern appliances and comfortable beds, making it a home away from home. The icing on the cake was the stunning view of the snow-capped peaks from the spacious balcony.

The limited storage space for our winter clothes, but we made it work by being creative with the available drawers and hanging space. the air conditioning was not strong enough to cope with the unusually warm temperatures during our stay, but we were able to manage by opening the windows to let in the cool mountain breeze.
