My stay at Les Florets was outstanding! The restaurant meals were excellent, and I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in mid-summer on the terrace, even though I visited in autumn. The owner and staff provided excellent help and even booked us a dinner at L'Oustalet. The room in the annex was cozy, with a small terrace perfect for relaxing and preparing our road bikes. The breakfasts and dinners on the restaurant's terrace were amazing, and Thierry Bernard's guidance through the impressive wine list was exemplary. Highly recommend this hotel for cycling and enjoying the area's wine and food.
