The location was convenient, with easy access to both the city center and a large shopping mall. The outdoor area was well-maintained and perfect for enjoying a drink. The selection of drinks at the bar was fantastic, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The food at the diner was excellent and a great convenience. Despite a minor issue with the TV streaming, the staff promptly resolved it and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only drawbacks were a broken hand rail in the bathroom and a TV remote that didn't work properly.

We loved the room - it was light, airy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including straighteners and shower gel/shampoo. The beds were huge and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with the added bonus of an onsite electric car charging station. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. We also enjoyed the free fresh coffee in the morning. The food at the diner was exceptional, both for breakfast and dinner.
