I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff at Les Jardins De Bakea were incredibly friendly, professional, and charming. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure my needs were met. the food at the restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. the hotel room was very comfortable and the bathroom was stylish and modern. the location felt like a secluded oasis, despite being close to the motorway. the parking facilities were good and they even had facilities for electric cars.

When we arrived late, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, even upgrading our room at no extra cost. The gardens were beautiful, and it was a bonus that they allowed our dog to stay with us. The bathroom was also surprisingly nice for a 3-star hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stopover on our way back from Spain to the UK, as it was conveniently located along the main route.

Mountain village location near French/Spanish border, unaffected by nearby traffic. Friendly staff, clean and quiet room in new annexe. Above-average breakfast and well-cooked dinner. Safe car parking. Lovely find by chance.

The hotel is located close to a busy highway, resulting in significant noise pollution. This detracted from the tranquil atmosphere that was promised.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was elegant and spacious, with a stunning view from our balcony. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the restaurant, which exceeded our expectations.
