Hidden gem hotel, great amenities, lovely rooms, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Europe that really stood out for its kindness and easygoing atmosphere. The staff, especially the manager and Guen, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The room itself was quiet, clean, and perfectly sized, which was important as we had a baby with us. Any minor issue we had with the housekeeping was quickly resolved, and the entire staff, including the manager, personally apologized for the inconvenience. To top it off, when we requested a late check-out, the manager granted us the exact time we wanted, free of charge. This level of kindness and consideration is truly rare in any hotel. our experience at Les Jardins du Faubourg Hotel & Spa By Shiseido was fantastic, and we can't wait to visit again.

The hotel location was great, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The staff gave us good recommendations, including a restaurant with delicious food. They also offered complimentary drinks on arrival, which was a nice touch. The room was comfortable, with a good view.

We had issues with our cards being declined, and the hotel did not have a working card terminal. We had to pay in cash, which was inconvenient and costly, as we had to withdraw from an ATM with added fees.

Exceptional staff, friendly and went above and beyond. Feels like a home away from home. Beautifully designed rooms, comfortable, and spacious. Great amenities, relaxing spa, and delicious food. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is tucked away on a peaceful street, just a stone's throw away from Rue de Faubourg Saint Honoré and the bustling center of Paris. You can easily explore all the major attractions. The hotel also has a gorgeous garden where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful moment amidst the city's hustle and bustle.

It would have been even better if there were more loungers available at the pool.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Les Jardins Du Faubourg Hotel & Spa. The decor in the hotel is simply stunning and the rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The location of the hotel was also perfect, making it easy for me to explore the city. The pool and spa area were a true highlight, with impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The hotel also provided excellent communication prior to my trip, helping me secure a reservation at a wonderful Michelin-starred restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

This hotel offers luxurious and exclusive amenities that fulfill all of your needs. The Spa & Wellness Centre was fantastic, with a wide range of treatments to choose from. The indoor swimming pool was a highlight of our stay, with a beautiful design and attentive staff. The restaurant offered a varied menu with special diet options and amazing flavors. The location was great, just a short walk from many Parisian attractions. The room advantages were also impressive, with private facilities that made us feel like we were in our own world.

The only minor issue we experienced at this hotel was the service. While the staff were generally friendly and helpful, sometimes we felt like we were not receiving the level of attention that we expected.
