The welcome to the hotel was very friendly. The pool area was great and it was nice to take a dip after a long drive. The proximity to the airport is also good as is the free shuttle.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the lake. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and going out of their way to assist us. The shuttle service from the airport was prompt and the driver was polite and understanding, even with our delayed exit. The hotel's location on the shores of Lake Victoria added to the overall charm and beauty of our experience.

This place is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is situated right on the beach of Lake Victoria, offering breathtaking views. One evening, we enjoyed a lively event on the front terrace with live music. The location is also very convenient, being just a short distance from the airport. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The staff provided good service and the breakfast buffet had a variety of options.

The Wi-Fi around the hotel was not reliable.

What a wonderful escape! We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, which were the perfect fit for a romantic retreat. the breakfast served was amazing, with a variety of freshly made dishes and delicious coffee, that we savored in the serene atmosphere by the poolside. This hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to attractions nearby and breathtaking views of nature that we will never forget.

We were also not impressed by the slow service and poorly brewed tea. However, despite these minor issues, we still had a great time and would consider returning for another stay at this hotel.
