Convenient location near the lake and town center. Friendly and efficient staff. Great breakfast with options for everyone. Perfect for summer exploration and likely ideal for winter skiing. Renovated with lovely design and free parking available.

Well-situated hotel with nice and comfy rooms. Smiley staff and a jacuzzi that creates quite the noise. Lovely balconies overlooking a park or lake on different floors. Excellent new bathrooms with a drencher/hand shower and nice hair/body wash. Comfortable beds with duvets and extra pillows in the wardrobe. Huge breakfast with eggs, breads, croissants, cakes, jams. Convenient location near bars, eateries, and a supermarket.

The hotel's location was great for Christmas shopping and dining as it was close to the main streets. The room had a nice view of the city and was cozy thanks to the heater. The staff was friendly and responsive when we had questions.

The room was overpriced for its size and lack of amenities. The bathroom was cramped and the shower wasn't hot enough.
