During our stay at Les Sherpas, we were impressed by the hotel's commitment to exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We particularly appreciated their willingness to accommodate our needs and their attentiveness to detail. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals prepared by talented chefs. The food was on par with upscale restaurants, beautifully presented, and the dessert selection was a delight. We also found the hotel's transfer services to be incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore the area. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as intermittent internet connection and room size, we had a lovely holiday experience at Les Sherpas.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Jardin slope, making it excellent for skiing. It is also close to the 2nd stop on the Jardin Alpin lift, providing easy access to the slopes. The location is great for anyone looking to enjoy a ski holiday.

The hotel's decoration is outdated, which may not be to everyone's taste. The orange chairs and carpet in the dining room, as well as the fake flowers in the stairways, give a dated feel to the hotel.

Great experience with amazing food and friendly staff! We enjoyed the convenience of being close to ski lifts and having easy access to town. the on-site spa facilities were a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing. the kids' playroom was a nice touch and our children were entertained for hours.

While the rooms were comfortable, they could have used some updating as they were not as modern as we would have liked. a good place to stay for a skiing holiday, but some areas could use improvement.
