I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in a prime location in the city center. The hotel is conveniently located on the Berlin to Copenhagen cycle route, making it a perfect choice for bikers like me. The staff provided excellent service, offering tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the comfortable bed. The dining options were impressive, with a delicious continental breakfast available in-room or at the bar/lounge area. The hotel also had leisure facilities like a sauna and a jacuzzi, which added to the overall comfort and relaxation. Additionally, the on-site car park was convenient for those traveling by car. my stay at this place was enjoyable and enhanced by the quality services provided.

In terms of drawbacks, the WiFi was not working during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this minor issue didn't detract from my overall positive experience.

Good base to explore the area. The location was a short walk from the main attraction. We enjoyed a good breakfast and appreciated the free on-site parking. Despite some minor drawbacks with WiFi and the shower, we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk away from the main attraction in the area. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel provides free on-site parking for guests, which is very convenient. The room we were assigned had a walk-in shower, ensuring easy accessibility for those with physical handicaps.

There were some issues with the WiFi connection, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

The WiFi was terrible and practically unusable. The shower was cramped and had a shower curtain instead of a cabin. The room had a musty smell upon arrival, and there was no fridge available. not a satisfying experience for the weekend trip.
