We had a wonderful stay at Villages Clubs Du Soleil. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They all spoke English, which was a big help. The hotel had a convenient shuttle bus that ran every half hour, making it easy for us to explore the city and return to the hotel. We also found the hotel to be very clean, which was a major plus.

The staff could have been more accommodating and friendly. We had some issues with the air conditioning and the swimming pool, and we were not given an apology for the inconvenience.

While the hotel provided a free shuttle, it was a bit far from the center of Marseille. Additionally, the automatic and centrally controlled heating/cooling system meant we couldn't adjust the temperature to our liking, resulting in slightly uncomfortable nights.
