We had a fantastic stay at Best Western Hotel Nuit De Retz Nantes Sud. the staff, especially Ben and his colleagues, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate us and were especially kind to the children. the pool was a highlight of our stay, it was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection of options. we were grateful to be given an upgrade so that we could have a room next to our family. the ground floor accommodation with a walk-in shower was perfect for those with mobility difficulties.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us as it was close to Nantes airport, allowing for easy travel to and from the hotel. it was conveniently situated in the Nantes area, which provided us with the opportunity to explore the surrounding region.

The wifi was unreliable and slow, making it difficult for our family, especially with teenagers who rely heavily on internet access.
