Surrounded by dense forests with charming scenery that provided peaceful vibes. the cabins were comfy and welcoming, providing the perfect opportunity to relax in silence. the area's unique charm and natural wonders made it a perfect place to spend the new year night.

The overall emptiness of the hotel, probably due to the same reason, did not allow us to enjoy the environment as complete as it could be in other times.

From arrival to departure, this hotel provided an outstanding experience. the service was impeccable, and the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and the seasonal outdoor pool, were impressive. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace, surrounded by the beautiful garden area. the restaurant provided excellent dinner choices, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful touch.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the snack bar was not always staffed, which resulted in delays when ordering poolside drinks. this was quickly resolved once I followed up with the bar/ lounge area.
