I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Maison Barbillon exceeded my expectations with its convenient location. It's just a 5-minute walk from the station and only 10 minutes from the city centre. the staff was extremely helpful and spoke English fluently. the hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard, and I loved the nice touches like the record player with vinyl records. There are also great restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines. Getting around was a breeze, thanks to the proximity to tram and bus stops.

For the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in the decor and rooms was impressive, with a tasteful and not cheaply done design. The comfortable beds and bedding ensured a good night's sleep, and the addition of a proper hairdryer was a pleasant surprise. We also loved the unique feature of a record player with vinyls for guests to enjoy. The offer of free coffee and drinks in the cozy lounge area was a nice touch. The convenient location in the center made it easy to explore the city.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Grenoble that exceeded my expectations. the location was superb, just a short walk from the bars and restaurants in the city center. Additionally, it was conveniently situated next to the main train station, making it extremely easy for me to explore the area. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, I was impressed by the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, especially the nice bathroom and the delicious breakfast served in a charming breakfast room.

Had a great Xmas break in the city with memorable accommodations. Room was surprisingly quiet for being so near to the center. Received two great free treats upon arriving! Central location and near all the tourist hotspots. Good breakfast selection with fresh juice.

The value for money was excellent, and the rooms were clean and cozy. The location, just next to the train/tram/bus station, made it very convenient to get around. The staff at Maison Barbillon were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending things to see and do during my stay.

The hotel had a stylish and tasteful decor, with attention to detail throughout. The rooms were comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The inclusion of a bath tub in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise after a long day of hiking. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the city center and within walking distance of the train station. This made it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. One advantage that stood out was the hotel's offer of a complimentary tea/coffee station in the reception area. It was a nice touch to be able to enjoy a hot beverage whenever I wanted.

One aspect that was not satisfactory was the lack of a box or curtain in the shower. This caused water to flood the bathroom and even reach the bedroom area.

Great location near the train station, comfortable bed, and a free coffee in the lobby. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out they even offered free cake for the New Year celebration. The hotel also had a unique vinyl record player available for guests to use, which added a nice touch to our stay. Despite a minor issue with the twin beds, the reception promptly resolved it. The room was clean and met our needs.

Please note that there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as unstable wifi and a noisy air conditioning unit. However, we did not personally experience these issues.
