During my recent stay at Mama Shelter, I was delighted by the hotel's central location. Being close to the center allowed me to easily explore all the main attractions of the city, making my trip much more convenient. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay.

While my experience at Mama Shelter was largely positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. the noise coming from the rooftop bar upstairs was a bit bothersome, especially as I was staying on the top floor directly underneath it.

I recently had a fantastic city break weekend at a hotel in Toulouse. the hotel, Mama Shelter, was a real gem. Located in the center of the city, it was within walking distance of all the main attractions. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel at home right away. the hotel itself had a trendy design, with a restaurant downstairs and a rooftop bar upstairs. the rooms were spacious, clean, and trendy, and the bed was super comfortable. I also appreciated the free movies available in the room. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially for the price.

Everything at the hotel was exactly what I needed and wanted. 😊

I had a fantastic time at Mama Shelter! The location was central and convenient for exploring the city. The atmosphere inside the hotel was trendy and hip, with attention to environmental details that I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooftop bar was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink, with stunning views of the city. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the effective air conditioning during the hot summer days. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Toulouse.

This hotel is such a gem! the staff here is so friendly and welcoming, they made me feel right at home. Secondly, the location is fantastic, as it is near the city center and not far from both the train station and the cinema. Lastly, the rooms on the second floor are spacious and comfortable, with a great-sized bathroom. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast, it was absolutely delicious!

All was just perfect, no complaints at all.

Value for money was great! The room was top-notch with a comfy bed and spacious bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, close to transport and within walking distance to everything. The staff treated us like VIPs, helping us find great restaurants and even going the extra mile to make my boyfriend's birthday special with room decorations.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety.

Located near the train station, this hotel is conveniently close to the eating district of Toulouse. It is also easily accessible from various transportation options. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with quirky and unique decor. The staff is friendly and informative, providing excellent service. Free movies on the TV are a bonus, and the breakfast selection is extensive. Guests can also enjoy cocktails at the rooftop bar.

The noise from the nearby restaurant/bar/disco nightclub made the check-in process stressful and annoying.

The room was comfortable and the hotel offered a good selection of TV channels. the location was very convenient, close to many attractions and easy to find. Free breakfast was a bonus and it was delicious.

Staff service was poor. the restaurant and bar staff was unresponsive and disorganized, and there was a long wait for service.
