During my Christmas stay, I was delighted to find out that the hotel offered complementary hot cocoa and cookies. the location was also perfect as it was just a short walk from the Christmas market and the shopping area. I enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable bed that made my stay even more relaxing.

the room was not as clean as I had expected, and there were some stains on the bedding and carpet. there was a lot of noise coming from the street outside.

The extra space in the apart hotel was a game changer, much better than a standard room and at a great price. The room was well-designed and clean, with a comfy bed and a kitchenette for convenience. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking Exchange Street. I loved that I could make my own breakfast in the kitchenette, especially since the breakfast offering was limited. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly to adjust the temperature in the room, although I couldn't open the bedroom window. Despite a minor issue with maid service being delayed, the overall experience was delightful.
