Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Good location, close to metro stations and easy access to city center. the guest kitchen was a great convenience, allowing for cooking and saving money on eating out.

The rooms were not clean, with hair left on the bed and sink. the layout of the rooms was strange and didn't match the pictures advertised.

The staff were all really nice and always kind & willing to help. Early check-in turned out to be possible & really saved us on a rainy day. The rooms are very nice, just what we needed. Windows can not be opened, which is great for kids. We were a couple with 3 kids and had one big room with a separating wall - I really liked the fact that we did not have to be in two separated rooms. Shower & toilet nice & clean. There is central airconditioning in the room. A washing machine and a guest kitchen with a fridge in a shared area, where you can actually cook. We also loved the bar which opens in the evening - very cute atmosphere. Most of the guests are European - from youths groups, families with kids to elderly couples. It's not in the center of the city, but a few minutes walk from Saint Mandet metro worked for us.

Finally, the breakfast was good, and I was grateful that they opened early enough for me to have a meal and make it to my exam on time.
