We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were top-notch, providing exceptional service and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel even had a fantastic top floor bar where we could enjoy delicious food and drinks while taking in the stunning views. our experience here was perfect and the friendly staff made it even more enjoyable.

That the room was a bit small for a longer stay, but it was clean and comfortable. However, we would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The storage in our small room was surprisingly good, and the lighting was excellent. The hand wash and shampoo provided in large dispensers had a special scent and felt luxurious. The hotel also provided us with an international converter when we asked for one.

Great eco-friendly policies. Friendly staff. Good location between old town and new town, within walking distance to attractions. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Conveniently located next to a supermarket and good eateries nearby.

Best Western Plus Hotel provided excellent customer service. the staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to add an extra person to our room for a small additional fee. the hotel's family-friendly environment and perfect location in the old city of Bern made our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and the shower had a cool digital device for water usage. the breakfast was superb, with a variety of options and great coffee. the hotel also had a panorama bar with a fantastic view of the city.
