Had a great Christmas at this hotel! The rooms were stylish and spacious, and the views over the town were lovely. The location was perfect, right by the main shopping street and close to the old part, with its bars and restaurants. Another advantage was the good selection at the breakfast buffet, including delicious pancakes and cranberry juice.

The slow service in the bar, which was frustrating. Also, the parking at the hotel was a bit pricey and it wasn't clear if it was per night or per stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, and we could easily walk to all the major shops and attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. We especially loved the beautiful view of the town and sunset from our room. The hotel also had a lovely garden where we could relax and unwind. we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to return. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, we didn't want to leave it! The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fluffy dressing gown and slippers. The view from the window overlooking the garden and the city was amazing. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the town and indulge in delicious local food. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site parking and the option to enjoy meals outside. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a non-working sink plug and lamp, we still had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and comfortable experience.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel in Angouleme for one night and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with a beautiful courtyard for breakfast and a big food market nearby. The beds were comfortable and the room was well furnished. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed using the exercise room and having afternoon tea at the bar. The hotel also offered parking options, which was convenient. I had a pleasant stay and look forward to returning.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. the hotel was located close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area on foot. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The air conditioning in the room did not work properly and it was difficult to control the temperature. Despite the hotel being in a central location, it was quite noisy at night, so we had trouble sleeping.

My stay at Mercure was fantastic! I was in Angouleme for a few days and the hotel's convenient location near the old town and local bars and restaurants made it very easy to explore. The room I stayed in, a Privilege room, was spacious and comfortable with a large bed and memory foam mattress. The amenities were great, including a mini bar with complimentary soft drinks and water, as well as a well-stocked Nespresso machine and kettle. The staff, especially Lucie, were incredibly helpful and kind. I also appreciated the large underground car park available for a small fee.

Special mention goes to Gregory and Tristan at the restaurant for their exceptional hospitality and attentiveness to our needs. the Privilege room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large bed with a memory foam mattress. the amenities provided, such as the bath with shower, separate toilet, mini bar with complimentary drinks, and Nespresso machine and kettle, made our stay even more enjoyable. it was a great experience and we look forward to returning to this hotel.
