Attentive service

The location of this hotel is a bit tricky to get to, as it is on the outskirts of Geneva and not close to public transport. However, this can also be a positive as it means it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a big TV and a mini fridge. The staff provide good service, especially in the restaurant where the breakfast is delicious. There is also an outside swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

The hotel does show some signs of wear and tear, especially in the public areas.

our family holiday at mercure in gaillard was incredible. it surpassed our previous stay, providing exceptional service and a fresh, attractive lobby and restaurant. the staff were pleasant, especially the efficient restaurant waiter, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, with many restaurants nearby and being so close to the Swiss border. We loved the view of the river just behind the hotel, and sleeping with the window open was so peaceful. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, even allowing us to bring our two dogs with us. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services available. The hotel amenities were great, with a lovely terrace to relax on, soundproofed rooms for a quiet night's sleep, and a wide range of room amenities including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The price of this hotel was good during Xmas season, which was a plus at such a busy time. the staff was quite friendly and helpful with anything we needed. the location was close to some nice restaurants and shops which helped us to enjoy our holiday even more.

Our experience in this hotel was not worth the money. the room was outdated and the facilities were not well-maintained.

However, if you do have a car, the hotel offers easy access to highways leading to various destinations. the proximity to the slopes at Chamonix is a bonus for skiing enthusiasts.

The hotel is not conveniently located for those relying on public transportation, and getting around can be a hassle without a car.
