The staff, including Jeremy and Sanam, were extremely helpful and professional. The room was clean and cozy with fresh towels provided. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. The pool area was well-stocked with towels and had plenty of seating options, including tepees and a fire pit. The hotel also had a business center and fitness center available. it was a great hotel with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this location for business or pleasure.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient location and affordable price of the hotel. The conference venue was just around the corner, making it a breeze to attend. The bar served excellent wine and appetizers, and the friendly staff made us feel comfortable even when we were traveling alone. The breakfast options were a pleasant surprise, especially for someone like me who has celiac disease. The variety of fresh cut fruit and custom-made omelets catered to my dietary needs. The hotel also allowed us to have a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. a great experience!

The buffet breakfast at the bistro was delicious, and the pool area was well-stocked with towels and comfortable seating. The waitstaff, especially Sonja, Maryann, and Rosie, were friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure stays.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location, directly behind the bistro, was so convenient for dining options. Inside the bistro, the service was impeccable, and the staff made our stay so nice. From the moment we checked in, to the excellent service from the staff and the Hotel Manager, we felt taken care of and valued. The room amenities were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I loved having a sitting area in the room, as well as the terrace with cozy garden furniture. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We had a great stay at a hotel near the downtown area with a location as close to the Galleria as we had hoped. We stayed at a hotel during the Thanksgiving holidays and truly enjoyed our time there. the breakfast served was delicious and included two complementary items that made our mornings even better. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was centrally located near many shopping centers and restaurants.
