We stayed at this hotel twice on our bike trip and it was a great choice. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of town where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. We also liked that it was very close to a small shopping mall, which was convenient for grabbing any essentials we needed. The rooms were recently refurbished and extremely comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and great views from the windows. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was just outside the city but still within a reasonable walk of the city centre. The hotel itself is surrounded by pleasant gardens, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, it is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the motorway, making it easily accessible for travelers.

The front desk staff provided great customer service, the bar staff was friendly and accommodating, and the parking was convenient. We were able to upgrade our room using our Accor club status. The restaurant had a good selection and quality of food. The pool was a nice place to relax in the afternoon.

The hotel offered a fantastic Easter package that included a chocolate egg in the room and an Easter-themed breakfast. the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it very easy to explore the local area and find great restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym and sauna, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. the hotel made my stay in Beaune even better than before. loved being able to recharge my Tesla and walk to the center of town. breakfast was delicious too!

my recent stay in beaune was exceptional. mercure exceeded my expectations with their newly remodeled rooms, local decor, and convenient location. the staff was helpful and even upgraded us to a suite. a pleasant and comfortable stay, perfect for exploring the charming town.

Noisy mornings with constant voices.

We stayed at Mercure for 2 nights on our family trip. The double bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean, with both a shower and a bath. The highlight for our kids was the separate room with a fold-out sofa and their own TV. The pool was clean, warm, and a decent size, although it could use more sun beds. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the old city. We also appreciated the 24-hour restaurant and helpful staff.
