This hotel is perfectly located near the beach, just a few steps away from the water. The view of the ocean from the rooms is absolutely stunning, and you can even hear the sound of the waves crashing at night. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of quality products. it's a lovely hotel that I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated at the heart of the city centre with stunning views overlooking the beach. We couldn't ask for a better spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff here were outstanding, always friendly and willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and provided us with great service throughout our stay.

The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with amenities like drink-making facilities, mini-bars, and safes. The staff is professional and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can also enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean from some rooms. there are cafes nearby for breakfast and a local market within walking distance.

One downside mentioned by some guests was that the carpets on one floor appeared to need vacuuming upon arrival.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Biarritz, just a stone's throw away from the main beach and city center. The hotel's prime location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The helpful and friendly hotel team enhanced my stay, ensuring a comfortable experience. Although the rooms had an old-fashioned charm, they were still cozy and provided everything I needed. With numerous bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, there was always something to explore right at my doorstep. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and attentive service.

The hotel had a charming and classy decor that gave it a romantic atmosphere. the staff was very welcoming, and they had a special surprise waiting for us in our room upon arrival. the location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the beautiful beaches and several restaurants and shops to explore.

The breakfast selection was lacking and not up to par with other hotels. the water pressure in the shower was very weak, and it made it difficult to have a good shower experience.

We had a wonderful stay at a Mercure hotel in a fantastic location. the lobby offered stunning views of the ocean while we enjoyed a refreshing drink. Our room was surprisingly spacious, allowing us plenty of room to unpack. the charming old-style lift added to the hotel's charm and saved us from lugging our luggage up the stairs. We will definitely be returning!
