The location of the hotel is convenient, with the cable car stop and Naka-gora station being quite close. It's a great base for exploring the area and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The rooms are traditional and charming, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The communal baths are clean and not crowded. Additionally, there is a free shuttle service that takes guests to and from the bus/taxi station.

The front desk service could be improved with more friendly and helpful staff.

We definitely got our money's worth at Yutorelo-An. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for sightseeing and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and assistance throughout our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in a luxury room with an outdoor bath and it was great value. The room was huge and the included meals were incredible. The staff were all so friendly and the receptionist spoke good English, making it easy to book our dinner times and private onsen. The location was quiet and the shuttle to the train was convenient. a fantastic experience.

Staying here was an excellent experience. This venue is located on a hill with stunning views of the area. The staff was very attentive and polite, providing a shuttle service for my convenience. The room had every amenity I needed, including free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The open-air bath was my favorite part, and the massage chairs were a nice touch too.

As a tourist, I loved the amazing traditional Japanese room, the beautiful oriental theme, and the adorable yukatas. The free chocolate fondue and coffee were a delightful bonus. The private outdoor hot spring experience was the highlight of our stay.

During our stay at Yutorelo-An, we had a fantastic time dressing up in traditional yukata robes. It was such a fun experience for my family, especially my four teenage girls. We felt like we were fully immersed in the Japanese culture. The yukata provided by the hotel were of high quality and made us feel like we were experiencing something truly special. I highly recommend Yutorelo-An for a unique and enjoyable stay.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. the staffs were nice and friendly. the private bath and outdoor onsen were great. Almost every guest wore Japanese kimono during their stay, which was an interesting and fantastic experience.

It was not easy to locate the hotel, requiring a 5-10 minute walk from the car park to the front door. the shuttle bus service hours were limited and strict, causing inconvenience for those with conflicting schedules.

The location was great, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Plus, they had a free shuttle to get us around. the food was pretty decent, and it was nice that they had complementary snacks delivered to our room every day. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed.

Our stay was pretty disappointing overall. the hotel felt really dated and run-down, and the public areas were not very clean.

The hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere with comfortable chairs and a nice view. The breakfast exceeded expectations, however, dinner was not reserved. The hotel manager had excellent English skills and a great service-minded attitude. No problems encountered with their service.

During our stay at the hotel, we were amazed by the location. Nestled on top of a hill, it offered breathtaking views and tranquility. The free massage chairs were a hit with my daughter, providing relaxation and entertainment. Although not close to shops, the convenience of being near the cable car station and within a reasonable distance from the train station made exploring the area a breeze. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast served was a delicious traditional Japanese feast.

The staff's lack of assistance with laundry service was a letdown.

our second stay in hakone exceeded our expectations. the ryokan experience at yutorelo-an was amazing with delicious dinners, friendly staff, and a spacious room. it was worth every penny and we recommend staying for at least two nights to fully enjoy the onsen and beautiful surroundings.
