We were thrilled with our stay here. The location is perfect - right in the heart of this historic area, surrounded by great restaurants and a mainly pedestrian area. The hotel offers outstanding service, even giving us a welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was incredible, filled with modern amenities such as an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. We were impressed by how soundproofed the rooms were, making for an excellent night's sleep.

I got great value for my money at Mercure in Rouen. The room was spacious, had a lovely view, and all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the cathedral, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to all the tourist attractions. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast, which had a wide variety of choices and even allowed us to boil our own eggs. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our bikes in a conference room and providing a great recommendation for a restaurant nearby.

Difficult to find the hotel by car due to one-way streets and barriers. Limited parking spaces, had to use a public car park which was expensive and inconvenient

Just returned from a delightful stay at this 4-star hotel in the heart of the historic town. The location couldn't have been better, with a plethora of charming restaurants and cafes right on the doorstep. The highlight was being able to walk mere meters to the stunning cathedral, a true architectural marvel. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service at every turn. They even went out of their way to ensure I had a suite to myself, allowing for much-needed privacy after a long journey.

I got tremendous value for my money at the Mercure hotel in the heart of Rouen. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location was fantastic, right next to the Cathedral, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and assist me with any requests.

The breakfast experience could have been better if they had faster elevators, especially during peak times like breakfast and check-out.
