The location was perfect, close to fun apres ski spots but not too loud. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The furnishings were of high quality and the view from the balcony was amazing. The shower was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. it was an exquisite experience.

Lacking bathroom amenities.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel with a group of friends. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to the main train station and close to the city center. We loved the convenience of being able to easily catch a train to the Montenvers-Mer De Glace station. The rooms were comfortable and had stunning views of Mont Blanc from our balconies. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were able to check in early without any issues. The WiFi signal was strong throughout the hotel, which was great for doing work on our laptops. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast had delicious, freshly made pancakes and crepes. I also had an included evening meal which was excellent. I had a very enjoyable stay at Mercure.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to a cable car to an observatory at 3800m and a train to an ice cave. We were able to explore all the town center attractions within walking distance, and it was really convenient. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They quickly and efficiently handled a small issue we had with our room and even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with a large bed and a great bathroom with a shower. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the free toiletries to the complimentary water bottle for refilling. We also enjoyed spending time in the classy bar and taking in the amazing view. our experience here was outstanding.

We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of hot and cold foods offered at breakfast. The mountain view from our room was stunning, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and location.

I recently stayed at this place and I must say it was an amazing experience. The location was great as it was in the heart of the town and close to all the fun apres ski locations, yet it was quiet enough to get a good night's rest. The service was impeccable, the staff was warm and welcoming, and they showed me around the place with a smile. The room was cozy and well-maintained with all the amenities, including a balcony with views of the mountains. The complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch, and I enjoyed the breakfast that had a good selection of items.
