The air conditioning in the rooms was not functioning properly, causing discomfort for guests during their stay.

As a solo traveler, I loved the non-conventional design of the hotel. The fun game rooms, American style diner, indoor pool, and jacuzzi were a pleasant surprise. The outdoor space and views of Mont Blanc were amazing, and the kids play area was perfect for families. The friendly staff and amazing decor added to the overall experience.

Our city break was filled with lovely moments, the complementary breakfast and afternoon tea were a treat, filling us up for the day ahead. the hotel's location was perfect, with stunning mountain scenery just a short walk away.
