the staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating my coffee addiction with extra supplies in the room. some minor inconveniences like noise early in the morning and an issue with the AC slightly impacted my experience. the convenient location and secure parking were definite highlights.

A little marble statue caught my eye at the entrance. On weekdays, underground parking is great. I stayed in the room. Carpet's dark n filthy; must wear slops! Central location's convenient, but breakfast not worth the extra coin. Sausages felt dry, never bothered with the streaky bacon. Housekeeping's loud. Kids' busyness annoyed my quiet nights. Told 'em, they apologised. Security eventually dimmed the ruckus. Rooms were on point, at least.

During our stay at City Lodge Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional location. Just steps away from Monte Casino, we had easy access to a variety of entertainment, restaurants, and movies. The hotel itself is relatively new and the staff were well-trained and attentive, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, providing a pleasant atmosphere to relax in. Additionally, the hotel took care of our transport and tour arrangements, which made our visit stress-free. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The beds were not very comfortable and on Christmas Eve there were a lot of loud guests keeping us up late.
