The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible, with a wide range of dishes to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with nice shops and a charming small town just a few minutes' drive away. During our stay at Mercure Lyon, the staff provided excellent service. They were polite, efficient, and always available to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the restaurant offered attractive meals and wines. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and equipped with coffee/tea making facilities and a minibar. Despite the lack of free internet, the newly renovated rooms were quite nice, and the bathroom was fine. Although the hotel is a little old and lacks a lift, it is suitable for short stays and business trips. I would recommend this hotel for its great service and comfortable accommodations.
