I was amazed by the completely renovated rooms and the rooftop solarium, as well as the convenient location in the posh Carré d'Or neighbourhood. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the tramway station was just a short walk away.

That the staff gave me weird looks when I went to the "bar" section. Guess they weren't used to posh ladies like me.

Stayed at a hotel near the beach, airport, train station, and the old town. The staff at Mercure were friendly, nice, and helpful. They provided excellent service. The room was clean, tidy, and exactly like the pictures. The bathroom was also clean. The location was superb, and it was convenient to have a supermarket nearby.

Thin walls make it possible to hear neighbors. No complaints.

My stay at the Mercure was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the middle of Nice, close to restaurants, cafes, and points of interest. It only took about 5 minutes to walk to the Promenade and around 15 minutes to reach the train station. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a relaxed attitude. I especially appreciated the rooftop terrace, a great place to relax after a long day exploring. The room had a fridge, which was convenient for storing drinks from the nearby supermarket. The breakfast selection was good, although don't expect a "full English" since you're in France!

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of this hotel. It was just a short walk to the train station, shopping center, and various bars and restaurants. Even as a pensioner, I found it easy to get around. My granddaughter, who is 13 years old, could navigate the area in even less time. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. Despite some occasional empty moments at the reception, they were always quick to assist. The room I stayed in was a junior suite, which was spacious and clean. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, with fresh towels and a spotless bathroom. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold options, and the breakfast staff were always pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for its location and friendly service.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated two complimentary bottles of water in the room and the toiletries provided. The hotel's location was also ideal, situated between the beach and the train station. there was a nearby tram and bus station making transportation easy.

the air conditioning in the room was insufficient, making it uncomfortably hot at night. I do not recommend this hotel for future stays.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns. The location couldn't have been better - it was close to everything we wanted to explore, including the beach, the train station, and the old town.

This place is highly recommended! We had an amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
