The hotel is conveniently close to the Metro, making it easy to access the tourist sites of the city. It is also near some great restaurants, including a side street with loads of bars competing for happy hour if you want to go for a drink first. The rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for things to see and do.

The wifi in the rooms is slow and has a poor signal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the Bastille square just a stone's throw away. I loved being in a residential area, away from the touristy crowds, and there were plenty of places to eat in the neighborhood. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. The breakfast was also delightful, with a great variety of options to choose from.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel had efficient air conditioning during the hot days of our city trip. the central location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby markets. We enjoyed the daily cleaning service and the free water heater in the room.

Although the hotel had a good location, the surrounding area was quite noisy at night. the front desk staff was not very helpful and didn't provide good customer service.

During our stay at Mercure, we left behind an expensive winter cap in our room. We contacted the hotel, and they responded promptly, assuring us that they had found it and would send it back to us. They even kept it safe for us until we returned to collect it. The customer service at Mercure was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.
