The hotel's location was perfect, walking distance to train station, shopping centre, and other attractions. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom. Staff was friendly and multilingual. Clean hotel with luxury bath products.

Great location for shopping enthusiasts. We were thrilled to be right next to Galeries Lafayette and other stores. While the hotel was busy, the rooms were clean and the amenities were of a good standard. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful during our stay. we enjoyed our time at Mercure. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect for exploring the city and going shopping; it was so convenient to be within walking distance to the Opera. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. I especially appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process, and when I requested more pillows, they were promptly delivered to my room.

Stayed at a hotel with excellent location and friendly staff. the room was comfortable, thanks to the soft and cozy bed. the mini-bar and coffee machine were also nice complementary features that made our stay more enjoyable. the hotel's fitness center with sauna and hammam was definitely an added bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The menu was limited, and the mixte planche underwhelmed our taste buds. We also found the prices of some drinks, like red wine, to be overpriced.

The property was super clean and the staff were really friendly. the location is amazing! Everything you need all within walking distance and great transport links. Plus, the bed was super comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.

The room was unfortunately quite small and the hotel had no do not disturb door signs which was a little inconvenient as I had to make my own so that staff wouldn't enter my room when I was still in it.
