During our stay at Grand Hotel Chicago, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The cleaning staff was attentive and made sure our accommodations were spotless. Despite some renovation work taking place, it did not affect our experience negatively. The location of the hotel was convenient, with the metro and bus stations just a five-minute walk away. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the overall quiet atmosphere made for a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The cleaning crew did an amazing job, keeping the room tidy and providing fresh water in the mini-bar every day. the experience was top-notch and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, allowing easy access to various attractions. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the hotel was good value for money. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as a lack of board games in the lounge and some noise from the room above, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel's location near the line 2 metro at Rome station made it easy to explore the city. The room design was really nice with modern furniture and clean facilities. the central location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and walking distance to many attractions. the breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection of options to start the day. the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, providing a helpful and efficient service.

The room was quite small, which didn't leave much space for movement or storing our belongings. We also experienced some noise from nearby traffic, which could be disruptive at times.

Absolutely stunning property, beautifully decorated with jaw-dropping views of the illuminated Sacré Coeur at night. Easy walk to Metro, loads of great restaurants nearby, and incredibly helpful and lovely staff. Super comfy beds, great shower, and a really cool and well-priced bar.

This hotel had everything we needed as backpackers. The room was small but well-equipped and had great sound isolation. The location was fantastic, with metro and bus stations, bistros, bakeries, and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing a locked room for our bags on our last day. The cleanliness was top-notch, and there was even a complementary bottle of fresh water in the mini-bar every day.

Felt like being home, no complaints at all.
